Last week, Monday the 10th, Tristan started crawling. This is the official start of him crawling. Up until the 1oth, he mostly rocked or rolled or moved commando style on his forearms to get around. Now there is no stopping him, accept when he hits tyle floors, than its more like spinning his wheels. But I'm sure he will get the hang of it soon.
I think I mentioned in my last update that Tristan is able to pull himself up in his crib. Today he pulled himself on one of his toys. Between crawling and the standing, we are now compelled to baby proof the house. I guess I can't ignore it any more.
Tristan is also becoming more animated, more so than he has been. He laughs more and talks more. He also reaches for us more. Its a good feeling when the bond between you and your child grows. Tristan still has a cold and runny nose. He has also developed a horrible sounding cough. We had gone to the doctor last week and the doc said it should break up in a couple of days. Well it hasn't. The cold hasn't diminshed his happy mood and infectious smile. People can't help to smile when looking into his big dark eyes and puffy chubby cheeks.
